Very nice hotel, our room had a wonderful sea view. The air con could have been more powerful, but otherwise everything was very good.

George and Marianna were PHENOMENAL, as was the location and entire property. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough.

This was a great hotel and staff was amazing. Best bread I have ever eaten in Europe. The only problem was the rooms were very small especially for a suite and the shower had hot water that went from cold to scalding while taking a shower. This made taking a shower a very unpleasant experience.

This hotel is great for a relaxing stay. Great location and good food and cocktails. The staff were excellent!

Our stay at the Zacosta was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. George, especially, went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. The daily breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful and very delicious. We highly recommend the suite with the small courtyard for a quiet escape from the business of Old Town. We also enjoyed the convenience to the new town and the port from the hotel as well! Please don’t hesitate to book here for a wonderful experience.
